CUSTOM BUILT ROD CASE
世界の三大銘木の一つと言われるアンボイナのバール（杢）をキャップに使用したアルミ製のロッドケース（基本的には半艶黒塗装仕上，白のロゴ付き）です，長さは注文により製作加工します。一般的にはアルミのネジキャップで蓋を作りますが、アルミ製のネジは一回でも山がズレ、かみ合うと次から上手くネジが閉まらなくなったり、回らなくなりロッドの取り出しが出来なくなる事があります。そんな経験を生かし、Oリングをウッドにキャップに使用し、どんな条件でも開閉を行ない易くしました。ウッドの塗装には高級クルーザーやヨット用に開発された超硬質で紫外線劣化防止のウレタン塗装を厚く塗って仕上げました。
